01 Definitions and Interpretation

Certain specific words and terms used in these rules and conditions carry defined meanings. These meanings apply consistently throughout the document.

• "Platform" — The baji baji website, mobile application, and any related services.
• "User" or "You" — Any person who has created an account on this platform or is using its services.
• "Account" — The user's registered profile through which all platform features can be accessed.
• "Balance" — The amount of funds held in an account, available for use in betting and gaming.
• "Bonus Funds" — Money received through promotions that must meet wagering requirements before it can be withdrawn.
• "Wagering Requirement" — The number of times bonus funds must be wagered before they can be withdrawn.

02 Eligibility and Age Verification

There are certain basic eligibility requirements to use baji baji services. Without meeting these requirements, opening or maintaining an account is not permitted.

2.1 Age Limit

No person under the age of 21 may create an account or use any service on this platform. The date of birth provided at registration may be verified. Providing a false age will result in the permanent closure of the account and the balance may be forfeited.

2.2 Identity Verification

To ensure security, baji baji may at any time request identity documents (national ID or passport), proof of address, or proof of ownership of a payment method. If the required information is not provided within the specified time, the account may be temporarily suspended.

2.3 One Person, One Account

Each person may open only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, all accounts will be closed and any winnings obtained through bonuses will be cancelled. If multiple members of the same household use the same device or internet connection, please notify the platform.

03 Account Registration

Opening an account on baji baji is straightforward, but certain information must be provided accurately.

• Active mobile number (Bangladeshi)

• Details of preferred payment method

During registration, the mobile number is confirmed via OTP verification. This number is subsequently used for transactions and security purposes.

3.3 Updating Information

If any contact information on your account changes, update it as soon as possible. If a transaction is delayed or support is slow due to outdated information, that responsibility lies with the user.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

Financial transactions on baji baji are carried out quickly and securely through mobile wallets.

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

Accepted deposit methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Minimum deposit is ৳200. If no upper deposit limit is stated, contact the support team.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Timeframes

Withdrawals can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5–30 minutes. However, withdrawals may be temporarily delayed while identity verification is in progress.

4.3 Transaction Terms

• Deposits and withdrawals must be made from an account in the same name — transactions through third parties are not accepted.
• Suspicious transactions will not be processed until verification is complete.
• If any transaction remains incomplete due to a technical error, notify the support team immediately.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements for those funds have been met.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

Each bonus offer on baji baji has specific terms that must be understood before claiming the bonus.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

150% bonus on first deposit, up to ৳20,000. The total bonus amount must be wagered 20 times before it can be withdrawn. Example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,500 bonus — total balance ৳2,500; you must place ৳1,500 × 20 = ৳30,000 in bets before withdrawing the bonus.

5.2 Other Promotions

Weekly baji baji deposit gift, baji baji slots festival bonus, cricket field deposit reward, birthday treat, and friend referral bonus — each has separate wagering requirements. Read the specific terms of each promotion before claiming it.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless specifically permitted by the relevant terms.
• Any attempt to manipulate bets using bonus funds will result in the bonus being cancelled.
• baji baji reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion at any time.
• Funds received from a bonus are never treated as direct cash — they become withdrawable only once wagering is complete.

06 Betting Rules

The following rules apply at all times when placing bets on baji baji.

6.1 Validity of Bets

A confirmed bet cannot be cancelled; however, in the case of a technical error, baji baji will make the final decision. It is the user's responsibility to verify all details before confirming a bet.

6.2 Event Cancellation and Postponement

If an event is cancelled or abandoned, bets are generally voided and the stake is refunded. However, if the event has passed a certain stage, a result may be declared — in such cases the specific event rules will apply.

6.3 Odds Changes

If odds change before a bet is confirmed, the bet will be accepted at the new odds. Once confirmed, the odds on a bet remain unchanged.

6.4 Maximum Win Limit

There may be a limit on the maximum amount that can be won from any single bet or multi-bet. Any amount exceeding this limit will not be paid out. Contact the support team for specific limits.

07 Prohibited Activities

The activities listed below are strictly prohibited and will result in account closure.

7.1 Manipulation and Fraud

• Placing bets using computer programs, bots, or automated software.
• Match fixing or any attempt to influence the outcome of an event.
• Bonus abuse — collecting bonuses using multiple accounts or fake identities.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.

7.2 Other Prohibited Activities

• Harassing, insulting, or threatening other users.
• Using the platform as a means of money laundering.
• Making transactions using a third party's payment account or card.
• Using baji baji's name, logo, or content without permission.

08 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Suspension by baji baji

baji baji may temporarily or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:

1. Evidence of a breach of the terms and conditions.
2. Failure to verify identity or provision of false information.
3. Suspicious financial activity.
4. Instruction from a legal authority or court order.

8.2 Closure by the User

You may request to close your account at any time. Any pending withdrawals will be settled during the closure process. Unused bonuses will be cancelled once the account is closed.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

09 Limitation of Liability

baji baji is committed to providing the highest quality of service, but liability is limited in certain situations.

9.1 Service Interruptions

The service may be temporarily unavailable due to technical issues, maintenance, or reasons beyond baji baji's control. baji baji is not obliged to compensate for missed betting opportunities or transactions during this time.

9.2 Accuracy of Information

Odds, statistics, and other information are kept as up to date as possible, but baji baji reserves the right to correct any errors. Bets placed at odds that are clearly incorrect may be voided.

9.3 Force Majeure

baji baji will not bear liability for any losses if the service is disrupted due to natural disaster, government order, war, epidemic, or any other unavoidable circumstance.

10 Dispute Resolution

10.1 Complaint Submission Process

If you have a complaint about a transaction, bet, or service, first contact the support team via 24/7 live chat or email. Include the relevant date, time, and transaction ID (if available) with your complaint.

10.2 Review and Resolution

Complaints received will be reviewed properly and a resolution will be provided. Additional information or documents may be required for complex matters. baji baji's decision will be considered final, but the reasons for the decision will be explained.

12 Terms Amendment

Amended terms will take effect from the date of publication. Continued use of the platform after an amendment will be considered as acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you will have the option to request closure of your account.
